PROJECT PROGRESS

Through the National Housing Corporation (NHC) over 800 urban housing units were developed and over Kshs 820 million advanced as rural loans to facilitate improvement of rural housing. 857 housing units are ongoing and are at various implementation levels.

The Ministry of Housing conducted the National Housing Survey to create database and provide information for planning and guiding housing sector policies and development.

To provide adequate and affordable housing.
